Rチャンネルのみペアリングできなくなりました。 LEDが赤青点灯したままで、電源オフ／オンを繰り返しても消えない。
サポートにメールを送りました。
交換してくれるのかな？

This is Naoki Okino, a Japanese user of your KZ AZ09 Pro,
and one of KZ brand fun.
I bought it on 12th December, 2021 via amazon KZ official shop.
It has been worked well and I really like it's sound, but recently
it cannot be pairing R channel to my Motorola android phone,
or neither to my computer.
L chunnel can be pairing to both my phone and computer on single mode.
I trued Rch/ Lch power off and on many times , but LED stil let.
Rch speaks only "Power off" "Power on" but AZ09 Pro icon didn't appeared
on android screen.
Please see an attached photo that Rch is lit on red/blue LED.
It is not flikckering, continuously lit like forever.
(Lch is in pairing mode)
I am dissapointed that it is broken in very short use.
Can you repair or replace it ?
